⛳ VETS LEAGUE MATCH VS ROYAL BLACKHEATH – 21ST MAY 2026

Points Shared on a Summer's Afternoon ☀️

On a glorious summer's afternoon, our Vets League Team welcomed Royal Blackheath to Cherry Lodge for what proved to be a closely contested match. 🏌️

Despite facing some late injury concerns and last-minute unavailability, we still put out a competitive side ready to battle for the points. 💪

The shot allocation saw us receiving 37 shots across the pairings while RBH received 51—a significant difference that may well have influenced the outcome. Home advantage doesn't guarantee victory, and every league match presents its own challenges! ⛳

Our two middle-order pairings came agonisingly close, losing by just a single hole each, while our three winning pairs delivered more convincing performances—including our final pairing who secured an impressive 4&3 victory! 🥇
