Vets League Match v Langley Park

We took on the current league leaders today at Cherry and on a fine , dry day , we sent them homeward to think again .

The team had a resounding 5.5 to 0.5 victory and that result very much keeps our hopes alive in the chase for the title.

1 match was a/s and 2 were won by 1 hole and in one of those matches there were a total of 9 birdies so high standard indeed.

The team sheet will appear on the site in due course but very well done to all the team who played some great golf during the course of their victories.
