Mid Kent Captains Report

Driving to the club in torrential rain it seemed like the match may be in doubt. However the rain relented after we arrived and despite a slight delay the match went ahead. Very closely fought with the first 3 games all being halved. Unfortunately we lost games 4 and 5 but managed a win by 1 Up in game 6. Well done Adam Simons and Steve Lawrence to gain our only win. We lost 3.5 to 2.5 and look forward to the return at Mid Kent in September.

Kind Regards

Malcolm

Redlibbets Captains Report

Unfortunately we had a bad day and were soundly beaten. We had an excellent breakfast and received a warm welcome. The course was in great condition and the weather glorious but we still managed to lose 5 – 1. Well done to Alan Jepson and Charles Donoghue who won the final game and were our only winners.

Kind Regards

Malcolm
