Thriller at Sundridge Park
The League Team travelled to Sundridge today for what could have been a title winning victory for the home team.
However, a battling display from our brave lads earned us a great 3-3 draw which very much keeps us in the hunt for the title with 2 home matches coming up to conclude our season.
3 wins a piece it was on a fairly dull but dry day and the team sheet showing the individual match results will be posted on the site in due
course.
As ever the West course was in lovely condition and very well done to all involved today including our reserve pairing who narrowly lost their match.
Thanks also to Malcolm who walked with each group at some point and hopefully enjoyed some of the golf played in the high quality matches.
Well done guys. Great result.!
Well done lads on a great result away from home. I did indeed enjoy being there and walking round the excellent course and saw some excellent golf played by both teams. With 2 Home matches to come we are not out of it by any means.
Great result lads well done.
