The Lodge & the Palace

Morning Gents

On a beautiful day at the Lodge our visitors today were Addington Palace( last year’s champions)

In another hard fought match we were on the wrong side of a tough defeat, our guys went down 4-1

We lost 1 down in 3 of our games, again giving a number of shots to the opponent. I have to thank our guys who stepped up to play today in the absence of our regular players.

I have to mention the standard of golf that is being played at SS level is brilliant, long may it last.

Our next game is away at West Kent on 19th June. I’ve put 2 new sheets on the Vets board for our matches in July, please sign up.

Last but not least our reserve team claimed the points for yesterday as Addington could not field a team
