Super Seniors Finish With A BANG!!!

After what can only be described as a challenging season. Having finished in first place last year we have finished this year with a fantastic 4-1 win away at West Kent. It probably isn't going to be enough to take the title this year but those 5 points will certainly put pressure on those in contention with matches left to play.

A special mention to some newbies to the team for todays match, Mike Hanley & Brian Simms winning 2 & 1, John Carey & Duncan Lipscombe winning 3 & 2. A couple of my regulars Terry Morris & Micky Wells winning 2 & 1 but the star of the show today was my playing partner Chris Tappin who was only 2 over when we finished on the 16th to win 3&2.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you that have played in the Super Seniors over the last 3 years for your support and commitment to both myself and the team. Its been a great experience and I have enjoyed every minute of it.

I'd like to finish by wishing good luck to my successor and the team next year.
