Narrow loss at Sundridge

The league side played at Sundridge this morning with the home side looking to avenge their 6-0 drubbing earlier in the season at Cherry Lodge.

In almost perfect conditions for golf we lost narrowly by 4-2 , as we did last year, but the margin of defeat very much keeps us in the hunt for the title this year with 2 home games to finish.

Well done to today’s winners and commiserations to those that lost and as usual some excellent golf played in all 6 matches.

We now have 2 home games left to finish and a win in our next game v Chislehurst will actually put us top of the league which, on its own, is a fantastic performance by all who have contributed this season to our points tally.
