Langley Park Revenge

We played the return match today at home against last year’s league winners Langley Park and avenged our opening match 5-1 defeat there by the same score line at Cherry Lodge today.

Again, some great and close matches were played and full credit to our team who played out of their skins against a very strong opposition.

Course was in great condition and the ball ran beautifully on the slick greens.

We are very much back in the hunt in the league as we start a run of 3 consecutive away games in the next 3 weeks.Well done to all and also our reserves who ran out 2&1 winners.

Thanks also to our Vets Captain, Malcolm , who is fast turning into a lucky omen at our home matches.
