Langley Lapse

How the mighty are brought back down to earth!!

Following our last home match when we beat Sundridge 6-0, we entertained the league leaders , Langley Pk, on a scorcher of an afternoon.

Despite 2 huge wins we disappointingly lost narrowly by 3.5/2.5 with the additional blow that Langley Pk earned a “bonus” point for an away win-their 2nd of the season!!

Apart from 1 A/S finish all other matches were won by a margin of 2&1 and greater although as usual some great and entertaining golf was played.

What this means for us now is that we must win one of our next 3 away matches , starting at West Kent on 18th July.
