Final Vets League Table
5th September 2023
The final Vets League Table has been published and is now available to view on the website, after Chislehurst's final game today in which they thumped Langley Park 6-0.
A final few words from our Vets League Team Captain Doug Mason:
"We have finished “runners-up” with 7 more points than last year so all in all a pretty commendable performance, particularly at home where we were unbeaten with 4 wins and a draw.
Hopefully next year we can go one better and we start the campaign away to Langley Pk in May which is always difficult but a good result there will make all the difference.
Once I receive more info on the dinner on 13/10 at Sundridge Pk I will let you all know.
Many thanks to you all for your support in what has been my 1st year -👍
Regards
Douglas"
The final league table is on the Vets League page.
Well done to Dougie in his first year as League Captain and to everyone who represented Cherry Lodge in the matches this year. 2nd place is no disgrace and the last few results by other clubs didn't do us any favours. Thoroughly enjoyed coming along to most of your matches and I hope I didn't put you off too much.
Here's to next year
Malcolm Vets Captain 2023
