A not so Royal away day for our Super Seniors

On a lovely day we found ourselves at the Royal Blackheath GC. The weather was a bit cooler than it has been, it didn’t help our golf, we lost 4-1. I know. Again we were giving so many shots away( 88) and receiving (28) and when you come up against guys who are rattling puts in for gross birdies well what can I say( I’m not bitter)

The golf course was in great condition and the greens were very good so no excuses. Our reserve team once again did the business and won 2-1.

On the funny side Roger Daliday was playing with Peter Brilliant and was calling him Roger all the way round, And the Roger’s won their game, maybe we should all be called Roger
